Public-agency signals for AEC business development

The RFP is the last public step. County agendas are the first.

Design contracts, CIP amendments, and bond programs show up in commission agendas and meeting records months before procurement. Pulsense reads those records in your counties and sends your firm the items that matter. Every item links to its source document. Built for small and mid-size engineering firms doing public work in one or two counties.

Three steps between a council meeting and your pipeline meeting

1. Scan

Every public venue, continuously

Commission and council agendas, meeting minutes and video, capital improvement programs, and state and federal funding lists across the counties we cover.

2. Extract

Actions, not chatter

We keep the items where an agency did something: advertised, authorized, shortlisted, awarded, amended. Presentations, proclamations, and noise get dropped.

3. Deliver

A digest your BD lead can act on

County by county, with the agency, the action taken, the dollars involved, and a link to the source document for every item.

Built on the public record

The rule the digest is held to:

  • Every delivered signal cites the agenda item, minutes, or document it came from.
  • We keep advertised, authorized, shortlisted, awarded, amended. Presentations and proclamations are dropped.
  • When a county has nothing to send, the digest says so. We don’t pad.

If we can’t point to the line in the public record that produced a signal, we don’t send it.
